We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope you are please with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything for any reason or no reason. We want you to be happy!

If you need to return an item, please send an email to ocperfumes@sbcglobal.net or call us at 1-877-PARFUM1 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. The items must be unopened and in its original packaging and original condition within 7 days.

Shipping in the U.S.
OC Platinum Perfumes uses USPS priority mail for most shipping within the United States. We've found that USPS provided the best value and reliability for our customers. Pricing varies according to weight. If you desire express delivery, we can ship guaranteed over night or guaranteed 2nd day in most cases and to most destinations. There is an additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day.

We also ship to APO and FPO addresses.


Free Shipping on orders of $60.00 or more:
Shipping is free within the United States on order of $60.00 or more. (Total is calculated prior to any promotion or coupon deductions, gift wrap charges & taxes)


Delivery time in the U.S.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from when your order was placed. Within the U.S. it takes 2-3 business days for arrival of your item. If you require a rush order for express mail overnight


Shipping outside the U.S.
OC Platinum Perfumes uses express mail for shipping outside the United States. We found that USPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. We ship worldwide, outside of the United States only through express mail. In most cases, it usually takes 4-7 business days for arrival. Express mail is more costly however it is quick, safe and efficient which includes insurance and tracking #. We always send the item described as a "gift" on the custom form for duties and taxes. This varies from country to country.


Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California (7.75%).
